 The company has a full set of advanced equipments for production, inspection and testing. Now its annual production capacity is one million auto alternators and half a million auto starters. The company has a powerful R&D capability, which ensures it lead position of the manufacturing profession in the speed & quality of new products development.

The main products of the company currently have over 50 series (over 500 part numbers) of auto alternators and auto starters, such as CS121D, CS130, CS130D, CS144, AD230, AD237, AD244, 19SI, 20SI, 21SI, 22SI, 25SI, 26SI, 27SI, 30SI, 33SI, 34SI, FORD1G, FORD2G, FORD3G, FORD4G, FORD6G, PG260M, PG260D, PG260G, PG260L, PG260F1, PG260F2, PMGR, LUCAS, MARELLI, BOSCH, VALEO and so on, which are sold to America, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.. The company’s turnover ranks high in the manufacturing profession. The company is making efforts to expand   business of aftermarket and OEM as well. Up to now, the company has been a supplier of several domestic vehicle manufacturers.

The company successfully implemented ERP System of SAP in April 2006, was awarded the title of "national auto parts exporting base enterprise" by Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China in August 2006, obtained ISO/TS16949:2002 certificate in November 2006.

The company has two workshops: one for auto alternators, another for auto starters. The company is equipped with a full set of advanced facilities for production, inspection and testing, such as high-speed punching machine for stator slinky lamination, automatic stator production machine, magnetizing machine, CNC machining center, varnishing machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, CMM, unit performance tester, vibration tester, endurance tester and so on. The company not only attaches great importance to product quality and delivery time, but also actively introduces and applies 6S management and advanced production management methods such as lean manufacture.

The company obtained ISO/TS16949:2002 certificate in November 2006. The company is currently using ISO/TS16949:2002 criterion in design, development, manufacture, sales and quality control.
